How I Fixed My Problem Of iMovie Videos Not Sharing or Uploading With Youtube

I've had a number of increasing problems with iMovie for some time.  It would share some videos to YouTube with no problems, then the next one or more would fail. It would process the videos as created in iMovie but then not upload them.

Thankfully, I have found a repeatable and consistent fix!
